1. Order Processing Time
At Apalchew, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During high-demand periods such as festivals, sales, or promotional events, processing time may take slightly longer. However, we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time through the courier partner’s tracking page.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order.
Apalchew will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order is not accepted or delivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
